Description: Normal 0 false false false EN-US X-NONE X-NONE Nice Pair of Emergency Lights BR8005-502REV-K (S/N# 310 & 312) manufactured by Bruce Aerospace, Inc. under contract for Rockwell Collins (we believe). Items are also identified as # 13973-857052-0001A and possibly NSN# 6230-00-081-6343 light set, general. We believe these were used on the ceiling of a Military communications shelter or possibly in an Aircraft. They operate on 115VAC 50 / 60 / 400Hz power. If the power fails, they illuminate the # 82 bulb with the internal 6Volt, 8AH Lead Dioxide Battery (Gel Cell)that the lamp electronics keep trickle charged at all times. We connected a 6V power supply across the battery terminals and the bulb illuminates in both units. When we acquired these units a decade+ ago, they were unused, they are now shop worn, unused surplus. Since they both probably need a new battery due to the age and disuse of the rechargeable battery, and due to the fact that we have not fully tested these items, we must therefore sell these items for parts or repairs, Used, and Strictly AS-IS per eBay protocol. Both of the items are in good+ overall physical and cosmetic condition. The Emergency Lamp is about 10” X 9” X 5.5” in size including switches and the plastic lens. I am selling these items for PARTS or REPAIRS per eBay protocol and as USED, Strictly AS-IS. These items represented the state of the art, excellent engineering and utilized the highest quality American made components that were available at the time they were designed.
