Nice Vintage 1930 Franke & Heidecke HEIDOSCOP Stereo Camera w/ Case. Rolleiflex

Here's a Nice Franke & Heidecke HEIDOSCOP Stereo Camera--- made from the 1920's to the 1940's, made by the people who brought the world the Rolleiflex. It has two Zeiss Jena Tessar 5.5cm f/4.5 lenses. It can use film or plates--- not really sure at all how---- I'll rely on you to know what you are looking at and how to use it. It has 12 film "septums" and I believe the size is 45x107mm. It comes with it's original hard leather case--- the filters are not present. I'm not familiar with this camera much at all, have not shot any actual photos with it and I'm not a Camera Store technician. But I can tell you it's in Excellent Cosmetic Condition with only one significant issue to report--- it looks like it lost it's original black paint on the front and part of the back of the film/plate magazine, and a couple other edges. It can be repainted with a little masking if you desire. Other than that it's in Very Nice shape--- no major dents, leather nearly 100% there, nice nickle trim and lettering. L@@K at the pics! Functionally, I haven't been able to test it extensively---- it winds smoothly and other levers, switches and dials move, the apertures work, the shutter cocks and fires at different speeds, but I don't know how accurate they are. The lens glass looks great-- clean and basically clear with sharp reflections--- nothing wrong that I can see. So that's about all I can tell you--- I have not tested it beyond that and I'm not too familiar with all the nuances of this camera, and I might have missed some little aspect. Any other significant defects that I know of are either pictured or described to the best of my knowledge and I try to be detailed and truthful, but I can't describe every every millimeter of it. As expected with age, a used vintage camera could be found with a nick or blemishes here and there or a few additional specs of dust inside that I failed to mention, particularly inside the viewfinder... but they won't affect the photos and would hardly diminish it... unless you expect everything to be 100% Perfect.Unless it's Brand New... I can't guarantee that every single aspect may be Perfect... especially when it's a 80+ year old item! (and if it was brand new the price would be double!)
