Is missing the two smallest orange balls, other than that it looks totally intact and in really good condition. No manual, but the instructions can be found anywhere. For those wondering, yes we replaced the two missing balls with wadded-up aluminum foil. Those will not be included, but you are welcome to make your own :P The box has some wear do to age, but not too bad. Overall very good condition.
