Description: Volumes 1 to 6 of the Nicki Holland Mysteries series by Angela Elwell Hunt New unread. This set of 6 was actually in plastic wrap still when I got these but the plastic got a bit torn so I opened the set. These are vintage from the 1990s. Because the glossy covers have been stacked together inside plastic wrap for decades, book 5 stuck just a bit when I was getting these apart for pictures. So there’s some color/cover transfer simply because of age and how they were stored. Books technically still new but definitely wanted to show the cover transfer issues. Item may show typical signs of shelf wear such as scratches or scuffs. May have minor wear including creases or small tears, particularly on corners which are more prone to wear because these are soft cover paperbacks. But I didn’t note anything because they were new in plastic. Some corner dings or binding wear possible. The glue/binding on these books can get brittle over time but I didn’t notice any major wear to point out. May be some discoloration or yellowing due to age on pages or inside covers, this is normal, I call it age tanning, these soft cover editions are a bit more prone to that due to the kinds of paper used. You can see there’s some staining/discoloration on the tops, very normal given the 30+ years age of these books. I didn’t notice any writing or marks though I could have missed something, particularly minor overstock marks. May have price stickers or sticker residue but I didn’t note any. Overall good unused condition, but please note the issues with the covers because of age. I have several comics and books available. Bundles are welcome but take care. These can get heavy fast and it is hard to package heavy books well without damage. I always double layer or better which can be difficult if too many volumes, especially mix matched sizes.
