Nikon L35AF2 One Touch 35mm Point & Shoot Film Camera

Description: Overall Condition: Excellent This is a beautiful, iconic Nikon point & shoot - the One Touch L35AF2. This is Nikon's follow up to the equally iconic L35AF. I have both of these cameras in my personal collection and love them both. I have sold several L35AF2 cameras in my store and my customers have been very pleased with them. I snagged this camera at a local estate sale and now it can be yours! This camera did have batteries inside that had corroded. I easily removed them and noticed a small amount of build-up at the bottom of the first battery slot. I used a cotton swab and vinegar to loosen it up and then cleaned it out. Fortunately the battery contacts are in very good condition - the conductive coating was not damaged by the corroded battery. After thoroughly cleaning all the contacts the camera fired up and everything is working. I tested to make sure the flash pops up and fires - it does. The shutter fires, the lens cover opens and closes, the flash indicator light works, the self-timer works, the film door opens and closes, the film advance motor works, the film rewind motor works, the battery door works. I did load a roll of exposed film to test that it can be loaded and that the film advance motor engages the film and advances when you take a photo. It does. I did not shoot a test roll, though, due to the high cost of film and film processing. Of course, if you have any issues rest assured I will work with you to come to a resolution. I've only sold one camera that ended up having an issue with the film the customer loaded, and we resolved it without any issues. I want you to have an awesome camera. I want buying on eBay to be chill. There are no significant cosmetic issues, no cracks, no missing little pieces of plastic. Only minor scuffs on the body from normal use.
