Description: About this Nørding: I love Volcano shapes and this one is a beautifully done pipe. It sports a 6 sided paneled Volcano bowl with excellent flame grain all around and a huge amount of birds-eye in the wide, long bottom as well as the rim and shank. They show off in golden highlights against the medium brown stain. The stem is shaped as well with a nice briar band in a 1/2 bent shank and acrylic stem. The pipe in excellent condition with no dings or damage. The rim is free of charring or darkening except some on the very inner rim as expected of an estate. The stem has no chatter or issues and is highly polished with the Nording symbol in great shape on the stem top. It’s near mint and very well cared for as well as quite clean. The grade 16 shows off well in this complex shape and high grade briar grain. plenty to look at and admire. The stamping is excellent and no wear to it and the stem fits very nicely. The chamber is clean, no issues there with low use and good air flow. It’s a beautiful pipe, handmade in Denmark. The pipe has been cleaned inside and out, gently buffed and waxed with carnauba for added protection and shine and hand buffed with a soft cloth. It’s fully ready to smoke out of the box. - My pipes are all carefully inspected and attended to as needed to provide the best pipe possible. I do my best to offer a fair price. You do get what you pay for though and pricing reflects the large amount of time I spend looking for special and above average pipes before spending hours on each piece, inspecting it carefully and doing all restorations as needed to bring it to the back to the best it can be. If I take a bit longer to reply to questions or requests, I apologize in advance. SHIPPING TIMES / LOST ITEMS: I don’t own the United States Postal Service. Once I’ve shipped your package, I have NO control on delays. I almost always will ship the same or next business day. I put within 1-3 business days as sometimes on busier weeks, I’ll need an extra day to properly pack everything. I’ve never had an item arrive damaged. In most cases, I have a poly bag on top to make it rain resistant and a bit more secure. The exception is if the package is larger than standard. I don’t profit off of the shipping fee. My fees are for postage and materials only. RETURNS: If you’re not 100% happy, please let me know. Pipes must be returned in exact same condition as sent to you. If they’re smoked or damaged by you, I cannot accept a return so please look over your pipe well. Either way, it doesn’t hurt to contact me. I’ll do all I can. That said, I rarely ever get a return and that is usually due to unexpected sizes. Too small or too large so make sure you look at dimensions. I’ll do whatever is fair to fix any problems. I accept returns within 1 week of arrival (unless stated as longer) and I can be flexible there. We all have lives. Returns accepted provided that: The item has not been used. It is in exact same condition as the photos in the ad and when I sent it out. Buyer pays shipping for returns unless there is an error on my end in which case I will cover the cost. I almost never get a return. I try hard to not have any surprises and you get what you see or better in person. I RARELY ever get a return. I can count on one hand how many, over several years and it’s usually because the pipe is smaller or larger than a customer expected.
