Description: Norman Rockwell Doll Plate - "THE COBBLER" - Knowles Collector's Plate This high-quality collector's plate has a sweet subject of a little girl who has seemingly asked a Cobbler to fix her dolly's shoe. Vintage, great condition (as described above and in photos). Approximately 8.5" diameter. This was the second issue in the Heritage series. Approved by the Rockwell Society of America and crafted by Knowles China in a limited edition. The plant was permanently closed in 1978. It is numbered "5,628 p" and signed.
