North Ingermanland existed only part of 1920 when a northern part of Russia revolted, was quickly quelled, and these stamps are a result of that uprising. They are fresh and bright, were issued in 1920, are partial sets of the only two sets issued, have full original gum, were previously hinged, and, are in fine-very fine unused condition. The 2022 Scott catalog value is $24.75.
