Description: New seat in sealed plastic bag.I have not removed the seat from the bag but it looks to be in excellent condition. There is a small tear on the bottom of the plastic bag through which the underside stamping is visible: ViscountH2101PMade in Taiwan There are no logos on either side. The only blemish that I can see is a slight yellow discoloration of the white plastic on the bottom left side by the nut, due to the grease from the nut rubbing off. Apparently this is common on these white seats. Shipping in US only!
