The packaging gives no indication as to what these are. Packaging may have imperfections from "shelf life". Imperfections can include defects such as, but not limited to: minor rips or holes in plastic baggie, torn or bent cardboard backing, tape or staple to reseal an open item, original price stickers, discoloration to packaging, etc. Photos have been provided for your reference. Ask any questions PRIOR to making your purchase. Shipping - Item will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Inquire about other shipping methods PRIOR to purchase. Once the item leaves our hands we are at the mercy of the USPS. Please do not take their failure out on us.
