Description: Our Lady of the CapeSingle Decade RosaryThe circular-style single decade rosary has a silver-toned 1-1/4" oval centerpiece that has a full color image of Notre Dame du Cap, which refers to a miraculous statue located in a Shrine in Quebec, Canada. The centerpiece has a beautiful filigree border and was handmade in Canada. The 1-3/4" silver-toned crucifix was made in Italy. The chaplet itself was designed and handmade by me in our home in the USA. The 13 Hail Mary beads are 8 mm genuine Czech glass, faceted and fire-polished, in light sapphire blue. The two Our Father beads are white ceramic with handpainted roses. Many miracles have been attributed to Our Lady at what has become Canada's most famous Marian shrine. One miracle occurred when three men knelt to pray in front of the statue and saw the eyes opened wide. Another was the overnight formation of an ice bridge across the river at the end of a warm winter which enabled stone to be brought in for the construction of the new church. There have also been many physical and spiritual healings, and the shrine has been visited by several popes including St Pope John Paul II. Any questions please ask! The prayer cards which come with our rosaries, medals and pictures are home-made, created using a "greeting card" program on a computer and printed in full color on nice quality paper. Although they are not like the usual smaller professionally printed prayer cards, most of our customers prefer them since they are like a pamphlet with 4 "pages" and several images, prayers, patronages and often other information about the saint or Catholic devotion.
