There is not a "Certificate of Authenticity", but this doll was an edition of 500. You will get the nude doll, tied back in the original box for secure shipping, with the box put back in the shipper. The dolls have been stored in climate-controlled conditions, and I do not smoke, but note if you have dander allergies - it is possible my cat walked across the table while I was packaging the item for shipping. Please look at the pictures carefully, as they form the bulk of the description, and the exact doll you see in these photos is the doll you will get.
