Description: Original old Banthrico metal building bank with its original key made in the shape of the Nutley Savings Bank in Nutley, New Jersey. This vintage Banthrico dates from the 1960's and is cast in bronze finished metal with very good deep detail. The base reads "NUTLEY SAVINGS". The bottom has the metal coin slot trap inscribed "BANTHRICO, INC. - CHICAGO, U.S.A." It measures 2.25" tall by 4" wide by 3.75" deep, and weighs a little over 1 lb. A terrific little gem of a bank for your collection. Invest in it.
