It was quite dusty so I tried my best and now it's not so dusty but still slightly dusty. Re-pasted with Arctic MX-6 thermal paste. I tested this card for a week before I was allowed to sell it and it appeared stable and performed as expected. It worked with the NVIDIA App. My brother told me his PC would restart constantly if he used Geforce Experience but I did not use that since it's technically an older version of the NVIDIA App and it worked fine with the NVIDIA App. Shipped with USPS Ground Advantage in an anti-static bag.
