Unit was not damaged, I know it needs both remotes working to set up but I have been unsuccessful in setting up the device after resetting it because I only have 1 remote working. I suspect it needs to hard reset/ reflashed, but I don't know how to do this and I'm unwilling to put in the time necessary to fix it. I already tried the power + voluume down trick to reset the headset. And the left controller turns on and works but the right one button is broken and does not work so the headset and left one works but not the right one comes with box and no charger As is. No refunds.
