Description: Up for sale is a lot of two (2) paperback books, Volumes I and II of "Odes to a Cockroach". These are collections of poems by a wide variety of authors. They were published by the Hieroglyphics Press, located in Maggie Valley, North Carolina. Each Volume was copyrighted in 1984. The lot includes BOTH of the following: Volume I, ISBN 0-916395-00-6. 178 pages. AND Volume II, ISBN 0-916395-03-0. 144 pages. There are literally hundreds of poems in these two volumes. Some of them are actually about cockroaches, or related insects; others were clearly inspired by those critters. NOTE: There was apparently a Volume III in the series as well. I do NOT have Volume III; it is NOT included in the sale.
