All warranty claims must be accompanied by said receipts, along with technician’s identification and valid copy of ASE certificates. RETURNS All warranty claims are required to return defective turbochargers for comprehensive failure analysis. After failure analysis has been performed and manufacturing flaw detected. Turbex will issue a refund or exchange at our own discretion. Note: * Correct Turbocharger installation procedure is extremely important for proper operation and life of the Turbocharger. Majority of Turbochargers failures is clogged turbo oil feed line. * Please double check before making a purchase on any parts.
