The covers are a beautiful olive green with gold lettering and accents. The is a really cool floral design blind embossed on the covers. The top of the pages are gilt edging. It is in good to very good overall condition. The corners are bumped slightly, and the spine ends show a little bit of wear. There are a few tiny hardly noticeable marks on the cover. There is some very light discoloration twos the end. And the only major flaw is a tear on page 140. The binding is tight and the pages are clean. The gold top page edging is still bright and lustrous.
