Hand picked from our small, pesticide free, family owned olive grove in the Central Valley of California. Curing instructions are readily available on-line. Its not hard, and there are many flavor options to choose from. Harvested as the orders come, shipped fresh the same day as picked. Shipped on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays so they will arrive as fresh as possible. Keep refrigerated until ready to cure.
