The second wave could be considered rare as these sold-out as quickly as the initial set before a stronger replenishment of cards years later. The card is considered a part of the Wave 2 errata, whereas the "Character" card is listed after the "Up To 1 [Straw Hat Crew] type on the text effect. The strong subgrades will gladly lend itself to regrading with PSA or CGC to land a strong 10, in my opinion.
