OOAK Doll Cat Anthropomorphic with Antique doll body "Katia Gone fishing""

Description: Here at Rainbabies you would usually find my beautiful hand Genesis painted reborn baby dolls. Now I am diversifying into one of a kind anthropomorphic part animal/ part antique doll "Art dolls" "Katia Gone Fishing" is the first OOAK Rainbabies art doll which I made with a real antique cloth doll body with celluloid hands and a bespoke modified vintage toy animal head. Part vintage cat part antique doll, she is so beautiful with her big green eyes and open mouth showing her tiny little cat teeth. Wearing a new custom made hand knitted outfit decorated with one of my hand cross stitched beach scenes, vintage doll tights and shoes. She has a basket of real sea shells and is carrying a realistic toy fish she has just caught and brought up the beach to show you.Standing approx 17" high Katia is an art doll for display only not a play toy. She has small pins and her clothing and accessories are not designed to be removed. Her head can be gently adjusted to tilt up or slightly to the front or side for posing and she can be displayed standing or sitting down.I based her on some similar anthropomorphic dolls I once saw in a museum but preferred not to use any taxidermy parts and instead have sourced realistic looking vintage toy animals instead. I am currently working on various art dolls including dogs rabbits and lambs. She has been lovingly made with quality true antique, vintage parts and materials and is newly designed and made entirely by me here at Rainbabies. She is truly a one of a kind so each art doll I make will not be replicated. She will also come with a COA signed by me as the artist. Sent tracked and insured
