Description: Unit is in very nice condition but unfortunately the activation code has been used so customer service will have to be called to reactivate. It powered on just fine and appeared to go through an update as the light flashed purple for a while before going back to blinking red which it does when there is no service. Comes in original box it came in with instructions. Please see pictures for condition. PLEASE UNDERSTAND YOU HAVE TO MAKE AN ACCOUNT WITH OOMA AND GET IT ACTIVATED FOR IT TO WORK AND THEY DO CHARGE A FEE. No returns.
