Description: >Offered here is an old & original 1950's SUN CREST Soda Bottle sign!! Please see all six photos, as they are an important part of my description. From a local estate, this fragile paper sign measures approximately 22" x 9", and features colorful orange and teal graphics and text. The sign pictures a Sun Crest Soda jumbo size six-pack carton. This vintage soda sign store display still has one of the "Kleen-Stik" adhesive strip protectors fully intact along the right edge of sign; originally intended as a "window sign", retail store person would have peeled off the protective strip on both sides of the sign to adhere to store window (the sign's left edge no longer has the protective strip). The remaining strip shows a "Chicago 31, ILL" address (see photo), confirming it's vintage pre-zip code origin. I don't believe the sign was ever used, since one of the protective adhesive strips is still present. This attractive Sun Crest Soda sign is most likely from the 1950's...but could be a bit older than that! <>Condition: the offered vintage sign shows age staining from the original adhesive on both left and right edges, in addition to the sign's reverse. With that being said, this vintage Sun Crest sign exhibits only minimal age/handling faults from long-term storage and still features vivid colors with no rips or tears present...the sign displays super!!! NOTE: while I rarely use "stock" photos in my listings, I did so here as I acquired a spare few of these Sun Crest Soda signs; all were in nearly identical condition so you can be assured that the sign you receive will be as nice as my photos show!
