It is titled "Burma und Malayische Halbinsel" in the upper margin and was published in Andrees Allgemeiner Handatlas by Velhagen and Klasing, Bielefeld and Leipzig, Germany, 1896. It is drawn on a scale of 1:6,000,000, and the image area measures 37 x 23.5 cm [14½" x 9¼"], with generous margins on all sides. Details include cities, towns, railroads, telegraph lines, and natural features, with topography drawn in relief. The southern end of the peninsula is shown in the inset at the lower left, drawn on the same scale. Condition: This map is in excellent condition, bright and clean, printed on a heavy paper stock, with no marks, rips, or tears. It is blank on the back, with no printing on the reverse side.
