Description: Being Offered here is a (Rare) Authentic Whitman #1185-15 (1951) "Jane Powell Paper Dolls" set that is in Used Cut-Out & Uncut Condition. The Set consists of (2 Dolls) that are in Fair to Good Condition. The Green Doll has (I Neck Crease & 1 Ankle Crease) and has been Reinforced, on the backside, with matching paper doll cardboard. The Blue Doll has (1 Neck Crease & I believe 2 Ankle Tears - one on each ankle). She, too, has been mended & Reinforced. The Booklet's Front Cover & (Partial) Back Cover does show Age-Related Wear & Tear and has lots of issues (Things like creases, small inner edge tears (repaired with clear tape), a corner bend, a torn corner (repaired with clear tape), and Spinal Wear & Tear but the Pages, in the Booklet, are still securely fastened. The Back Cover is Missing some of the Cover, where the Dolls have been Punched Out. Near the top, of the back cover, there is a Pencil Line. On the bottom, of the Back Cover, there is (3 Small Tears) that have been neatly Mended, on the Opposite Side, with Linen Tape. SEE Above Photos for Best Description as they best describe it!!! I would say, even with the wear & tear, it's still not a bad booklet. It's a part of history!!! The Clothing and Accessories are Complete Except for 2 Shoulder Wraps that are worn over Dresses. Some of the Inside Pages may have some color fading & minor wear along the edges. There is 5 Outfits Cut-Out, and ALL the other Outfits/Accessories are Uncut. The Clothing and Accessories are in very Good Condition, with all Tabs. Don't see no stains or tears but maybe a minor wrinkle or two. The Cut-Clothing, and the clothing pages, have Normal Age Toning and that may be due to the type of paper they used, at that time, during the printing process.
