Original 1962 Barbie Dream House (Mattel #816)w/Furniture &Accessories- Complete

Description: The original 1962 Mattell #816 Barbie's Dream House, complete with all of the original cardboard furniture and accessories. NO doll is included. When folded for carrying, the house measures 26 x 14 x 8". Each cardboard piece has the initials "KM" on the back side written in pencil (did not try to erase). I am the original owner and this was done so as to not mix my Dream House pieces with my sisters! The floor of the house has a few age spots. The ends of the box are slightly warped from storage, but it all closes up nicely. Included furniture (condition noted): 1) blue chair with matching footstool. Brown cardboard underneath the right side has a tear and front leg is bent.2) Red & blue checkered pattern couch. Front 2 legs bent inward (could probably be fixed with paper clip support behind). 3) Hot pink chair for the dresser. Excellent condition. 4) "Wood grain" look stereo cabinet with TV picture in one end. A lid opens in the center with a turntable (picture) inside. Front left leg has a slight bend, otherwise in excellent condition. 5) Orange-ish bed with headboard attached. The cardboard flap on the end of the bed is loose and had been taped down so has residual tape marks (please see pictures). The legs are fine so stands nicely. 6) Brown "wood grain" look coffee table. One leg slightly bent at the end but stands nicely. 7) Tan colored floor/standing round lamp. Has initials in pencil on the top (did not try to erase). Included accessories: 1) 2 sets of books for the shelves. 2) 4 blue & gold "State" pennants (2 were on the wall in the house pictures....I took them down).3) 3 cardboard "pillows". 1 blue and 2 tan. 4) Standing framed picture of Ken. 5) 2 extra backdrop pieces of cardboard to attach to the walls. One is the same as the window design behind the dresser and the other is windows in the same check pattern as the couch. 6) 6 cardboard record album covers, all in excellent condition. The Lettermen, Nat King Cole, Vic Damone, The Four Preps on Campus, The Kingston Trio, Sinatra. I am the original owner and have done my best to describe the condition.
