Description: This is a remarkable totally original Antique Japanese Blue Cloisonné Enamel box & cover, it dates from the Meiji Period and i think its from approx 1900-1920 in age, what is so wonderful is the overall condition is just stunning and its possibly the best example we have had for a while. Its not signed but looks very similar in design to items by Ando we have handled in the past, its just so much more detailed and brighter than we usually see.
