Original c1900 F MEDAILLE 'Tulips under MOON & STARS' French Art Nouveau POSTER

Description: ORIGINAL c1900 F MEDAILLE (dates unknown) TULIPS UNDER THE STARS AND MOON ART NOUVEAU POSTER This is just a great original piece. I have had this sitting in my office for a few months as we were doing some redecorating in our home and I was thinking I might have had the perfect wall for it. Turns out it was not right for the spot so I am now offering it out. This is a wonderful original c1900 Art Nouveau French poster by F Medaille. There is virtually nothing known about the artist but his or her works seem to show up in high end Poster stores and auctions and sell very well. Of all the ones I have seen this is the nicest one in my opinion. A large lithograph measuring 40 x 12 1/2 inches. Artist's signature within the image lower right. Stunning original color and contrast. Really the only issue is the bottom right edge shows a water stain but it really blends in with the whole print. I didnt even notice it at first. There are also a few other slight discolorations along that right side. The print is still in the original oak frame. At some point the frame has been painted white which I think really looks good. This piece also has the original wood backing that has never been removed. Really the complete package. About as good as you are going to find. Frame measures 41 3/4 x 14 1/4 inches.
