No underlay is needed for skins to use as indoor rugs but it can’t be used as outdoor rugs or any wet location. Plz expect few holes and minor slip hair in rugs as they are natural skins not artificial leather. Therefore, it doesn’t necessarily mean that all skins must have holes in it.
