Please note that refurbished 72-pin connectors can sometimes read games better in upright position or in the downward position, depending on the thickness of the curcuit board of each game. So when operating the console, make sure the game is inserted firmly and that the contacts of the game are clean to increase the longevity of the 72-pin connector. (Games can be cleaned with ipa and a qtip) The Nes max controller is tested and working, but there is a learning curve to it, so keep that in mind. Console has been opened and cleaned internally, but we don't uv white or refurbish the outsides other than a simple clean without chemicals. Please note that the exterior of the console does have some yellowing and wear and tear from age but does operate properly.
