Description: This is a set of 3 original order forms and 1 original want list form that Triumph supplied their motorcycle dealers with spanning the sixties through the late seventies. These order forms came from Rex Chamberlin's BMW Triumph of Oklahoma City when DomiRacer bought them out in the eighties. The Triumph logo Tri-Cor logo want list form is 11 x 17" and printed on both sides. I have a 13 x 18" flat mailer so it will get shipped without having to fold it. Use this handy pad to group part numbers, always transfer to a regular Triumph parts order form. It's from The Triumph Corporation Towson, Baltimore Maryland and states this list will not be accepted as an order form. It groups the part numbers in the old alpha-numeric numbering system, so it's before 1970. The back side groups accessories sold through Tri-Cor like Dunlop Tires, spark plugs, chain & tools, Loctite, Cycle Bath, Hermetite, CD numbers (Tri-Cor), Lucas, Bell Helmets, Amal, & Miscellaneous. The Joseph Lucas North America order form was originally a 3 part carbon copy form that Lucas quit supplying then they substituted these photo copy single page forms. Sound about par for the course? The Norton Triumph Corporation in Duarte Ca parts order form and the Triumph Motorcycles America in Placentia, Ca parts order form will be removed from the pad and shipped in the new cardboard mailer.
