Description: Original rare MOUNTAIN GROWN cherry box/cherry crate label. From circa 1940s for cherries distributed by United Marketing Exchange in Delta, Colorado. Stecher-Traung stock label with bing and royal anne cherries on it with cherry trees in bloom in an orchard scene. This is a unused new old stock cherry crate label that was leftover after packers switched from wooden boxes to cardboard in the 1960s - I only marked "used" so a person would not be confused with it being a reproduction as this is an original cherry label.Label is in fair condition AS IT WAS REMOVED FROM A BOXEND & ITS MISSING A PIECE IN THE UPPER MIDDLE WITH A TEAR, & HAS A WAVE FROM HOW IT WAS DRIED AFTER COMING OFF THE BOX - see scan. Rare label I have never seen before that came from a collection assembled in the 1970s. I will combine shipping on auctions.
