This is a rare Remarque and is 27/85. Published in 1984. This Remarque has a wonderfully detailed original pencil sketch by Kinkade in lower right margin. Full signature signed in pencil to lower right margin by sketch. Approximate Measurements: Sheet (includes margins): 25 1/4" x 34 3/4" Dawson image: 19" x 28 3/4" Condition: Print is in very good condition. The protective outer folio has a small tear and some toning and minor marks which do not affect the print within. The Certificate of Authenticity, if there was one issued in 1984, is absent. I purchased this, along with several other aithentic Thomas Kinkade works from a gallery that had recebtly closed. Most did have their COA's. This was the oldest print of the bunch though, so likely misplaced over time or it was before COA's were given. This is authentic and is absolutely what it purports to be.
