Henry Francis Seymour Moore, 3rd Marquess of Drogheda, KP, PC (I) (14 August 1825 – 29 June 1892), was an Irish peer, styled Viscount Moore until 1837. Size approx: 40cm x 27cm Original Vanity Fair Prints Caricatures and Spy Prints. These super lithographs were produced weekly between 1869 and 1914. W.B. Hayes 'Hay'William Hayes was a British Old Masters artist who was born in 1729. Ackland Art Museum featured William Hayes's work in the past.
