Description: Original watercolor/ink painting on rice paper by Lui Sang Wong ( Chinese name: Leishing Huang) of running horses. Wong studied under master painter Shan An of the Lingnon school of Chinese watercolor and became a master of his own. In the 1970's he gave workshops in the U.S. in Rockville and Gaithersburg, Md. and stayed with the seller's mother who was a student of his. This painting was one of several given to her by the artist as a gift. Painting is mounted and matted under plexiglass and framed in a simple black metal frame.
