Overall condition is Outstanding (see table below). There are no rips, tears, or odors. See additional details below. Regarding color, pretty much all vintage white mink will start to yellow a bit. I included a picture that contrasts the color of the shrug with a pure white fox fur. Keep in mind this photo is in bright light and showing a direct contrast. The shrug will appear white in darker lighting contrasted with darker colors. Another reason the mink will not appear "pure white" is the slight natural browns and grays from the mink fur itself. Still more "white" than "off-white" according to my scale below. Fur coats do not come in standard sizes - each measures a little differently. Compare the measurements of this garment to another coat using a tape measure. Furs should not fit too tightly - a little larger than your regular cloth jacket is fine. ADJUSTMENTS. If the coat is close to your size, some easy and inexpensive adjustments can often be made to make a perfect fit. Hooks can be moved in or out an inch or two or more. Sleeves can sometimes be lengthened or shortened by a few inches if there is extra fur. BUST & SHOULDERS. The overall size is based on the bust size (see chart in image).
