Description: OTC Daihen AX-V6L 6-Axis Robotic Welder With Capital Robotics Fusion Arc Cell. Robot has been upgraded to the Welbee 500 amp power supply with 500 amp water cooled torch with Miller Chiller. PM has been done on the robot arm; however, we were not able to figure out how to run the tables. All power up. Head stock/tail stock will rotate, but haven't figured out how to program. Curtains/doors operate as they should. We have welded production parts numerous times. Comes as shown. Has three stations to weld parts. Comes with everything shown in the picture minus the wire and tank. I have added a picture of one of the parts we just finished welding on this robot. Also have videos of it welding, taken the week of April 11th, 2022. You can easily have two stations fixtured to weld parts (one existing table, one you provide) on approx. 30" x 72" table, and fixtures on the 60" wide turn table. This would be a great way for you to increase your production with perfect welds and replace the hard to find/ not dependable workers. This robot would be great for the startup company or a full production shop. The cell comes with its own base that is easily moved and relocated, does not have to be bolted to the floor like most cells. We will palletize and load this on your truck.
