Description: Offered for sale is a 1940 Oversized Waterman's Hundred Year Pen in transparent blue. This pen is in excellent condition with only slight surface wear. No cracks, hairlines, scratches, gouges, flea bites or personalizations. No cracks around the cap. No cracks around the original barrel end. The nib is a classic Waterman semi-flex medium. There is a new sac. Nice transparency througout. These 1940 Hundred Year Pens are great -- they have most of the great features of the 1939 First Year pen -- ribbed barrel and cap, four bands on the barrel, no bands on the cap -- but they have the meaty oversized dimensions that are almost the same as the Patrician. A great pen to add to your collection.
