Mauriat instruments are one of the most popular saxes today. They provide consistency and excellent response with modern keywork and ergonomics. The PMXT-66R Series Tenor Saxophones incorporates P. Mauriat's unique rolling process which fully utilizes the saxophone's existing material. Unlike rolled tone holes of the past, there is no soldering here; the tone holes are drawn from the body and then rolled over (just like the original Conn saxophones) allowing superior resonance throughout the entire saxophone and increased response in all ranges. The PMXT-66RCL also has an enlarged bell that lets the warm, fat sound of this exceptional horn really cuts through an ensemble. This professional class instrument also features a Super VI style neck and hand engraving on the bell and bow. This P. Mauriat PMXT-66RCL Tenor is in Pristine condition. I've looked over the entire Body and it doesn't show any wear and I do not see a scratch. The original owner took Excellent care of his Tenor and only played at home (See Photos). The Original zippered contoured Mauriat case is in Exceptionally Nice Condition too (See Photos). The original mouthpiece is included.
