Description: Super cute pair of brothers - all bisque googly Limbach boys, naked except for their molded baby blue socks and brown sidesnap shoes. The sitting boy is approximately 3" tall, standing boy is approximately 4.25” tall. They are very nicely modeled action babies with molded hair, fingers, wonderful wide-eyed googly expression with raised eyebrows. They even have a molded tiny hiney! Marked on their backs with their model numbers - P.49 on the sitting boy, P.47 on the standing boy. Made in Germany by the Limbach Porzellanfabrik company in the early 1920s. They are in wonderful and original condition, NO chips, cracks, or restoration. Truly a treasure to add to your collection! No breaks in the bisque. The tip of the standing boy’s quiff looks rough but its the same color as his hair so I don’t know what it is. They need to find a new home where they can be out and adored instead of in a cabinet in a doll room! They’ll be carefully boxed and shipped.
