Strung onto a piece of ribbon (probably added later) research shows these are possibly Prisoner of War pieces carved by Frenchman during the early 1800’s. One is in the shape of a dinner flat ware item, the other is pyramid shaped with pattern edges. Miniature ornamental pieces, ideal for collectors, outsider art. There are no issues with this beautiful piece, no chips / cracks or other major damage. There is however some age related pitting etc, as shown, it is minimal and not massively noticeable, in keeping with age, and material. Lovely piece, looks very striking and beautiful quality. Standing piece is approximately 9.5cm tall x 1cm wide (largest) CLEANING ANTIQUES and VINTAGE items - please note, we do not vigorously over clean antique porcelain and other delicate items.
