Pair of Chinese Antique Famille Rose Porcelain Emperor & Empress w/ Wood Stands

Description: This is an Antique Pair of Chinese Emperor and Empress Famille Rose Porcelain Statues / Figures, with Wood Display Stands. These Statues are in very good condition with no cracks or chips to the porcelain. There are some flaking of the enamel paint in places due to age and handling. The Emperor is 12" tall, 9" wide, and 6 1/2" deep. The base is 7" wide and 6" deep. The Emperor weighs 8 LBS 11 OZ. The bottom Has Chinese writing of "Fu Jin Hui Guan" impressed into the porcelain. The Empress is 11 1/2" tall, 8 3/4" wide, and 6" deep. The base is 7" wide and 6" deep. The Empress weighs 8 LBS 10 OZ. The bottom Has Chinese writing of "Fu Jin Hui Guan" impressed into the porcelain. The Wood stands are 6" tall. They are 10" by 10", and weigh about 4 LBS 5 OZ each. The impressed stamp on the bottom of the statues reads, "Fu Jin Hui Guan" also known as "Fujian Club" or "Fujian Guild". This was a workshop where worker's from Fujian assembled and worked. They were skilled in modeling figures and some rose to great fame. These statues were most likely made in Fujian between 1850 - 1900. Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and are presented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the best of my knowledge. Some wear is to be expected, unless described as flawless or mint. I can't know everything about every item I offer, I do inspect each item and list all known flaws or damage.
