Description: Pair of male and female ring necked pheasant figurines. Small "genuine bone china" from Japan. Good condition.Finish is unusual, it's glossy, not usual figurine brand of shiny, it isn't matte. The finish on the unpainted areas reminds me of the gloss of meringue. There is a chip on the right wing of the male pheasant but it took me a long time to find it. Photos using artificial directed light seems to emphasize yellow tints that are not as vivid in person.
