Mail is not in control once handed over to the post office. Based on my experience on eBay, usually it takes 2-3 weeks for a letter to reach European destination. Occasionally, it can take more than a month. 6. Mail to Northern and Southern American destinations is taking at least one month. Some time it can take 6 weeks.
