These will be sealed in plastic and placed in a stiff cardboard mailer. Shipping via USPS First Class Letter Rate Mail in the US for packages between 1 oz. and 3 oz. This is permitted as Airlines and their schedules played an integral part in Postal History and transport of Air Mail. These items will be mailed in a flexible envelope - like a #10 Envelope. This is only available for pamphlets and brochures - not booklets - as they must be able to pass through normal mail sorting machines.If you want tracking, or you do not want the item to go through a sorting machine, you can always choose First Class Package Rate Mail. About Timetables Any brochure or booklet that shows specific flight schedule is considered a timetable. This may range from systemwide timetables showing an airline’s complete flight schedule to a marketing brochure that mentions a single route with specific times. I’ll indicate what kind of timetable is being offered using the references below. Limited Reference - Marketing piece that shows a new or updated flight schedule. Only brochures that show specific departure times for specific routes will be included. Note that airlines that are just starting out or have very limited service may list their entire flight schedule on a single card. I’ll consider these to be systemwide timetables. Local Timetables - Local timetables are issued to show service to a specific city or cities. These are usually more of a pamphlet in thickness - I’ll always indicate the number of pages so you know how big it is. Regional Timetables - Like Local timetables, Regional timetables list a portion of the airlines’s full schedule. Regional may be for a state (California), Region (Middle East) or Continent (Europe). Systemwide Timetables - Any document that shows an airline’s complete flight schedule is considered a Systemwide timetable. Depending on the age and expensiveness of the schedule, these can be fairly thick. Specialty Timetables - Any document that shows multiple airlines, like those issued by a specific airport to show all flights. Please read the description carefully.
