Included is the original users manual and QuickStart guide, which I highly recommend you read, because the functions are pretty versatile and advanced. The unit does have some marks and small scratches from moving and storage, but overall in great cosmetic and functional shape and would look great in your kitchen! Sadly I did not receive the drip-tray which goes along the bottom of the door, but while using I just put a small towel and it caught the minimal condensate that dripped out. Please look over all images to see the physical condition of the oven. There are some scuffs in the stainless steel on the left side of it as shown. Feel free to make a reasonable offer and I will gladly consider it. If a local sale I will take that into consideration as well. But if shipped it will be very well packaged for safety of the unit.
