Parker, Parker Duofold, Made in U.S.A" No cap (if it ever came with one) We believe it was originally a pen that intended to be 'Based' or docked on a stand as seen in last photo. Last photo is just a reference to what the complete kit would look like. This sale is only for the pen portion. Pre-owned / Used condition. Has superficial scratches / scratches and typical use marks. Not sure what size the Nib is as it isn't marked with a size. Also not sure whether this pen is intended to be dipped or filled internally. Not sure if the Nib and black base of the Nib unscrews as it seems really hard to do so and we haven't been able to unscrew the Nib.
