Description: Offering this one-of-a-kind pewter hand mirror with coil wrapped wire design. Classically blends modernist and brutalist elements in the distinctive style of Patrick Meyer although no maker's mark noted. Beveled mirror. Nicely weighted; organic handle fits comfortably in the hand. The backside of the mirror is a stunning sunburst pattern reminiscent of the textures of a sand dollar or tree bark. The curved silver “horn-like” detailing at the top of the mirror gives this piece a bit of an art nouveau feel. Excellent vintage condition with beautiful patina. Does polish with silver cleaner.
