Description: Pelikan M1000 in Black & Green / Gold Trim / Broad Nib (18k) Recent production, used very briefly - up for auction in an effort to reduce duplicates. The gigantic, springy, 18k masked nib lays down a lovely, fat wet line. And, brass internals give a pleasant weight and solidity to the writing experience. Much has been written about this pen, and clearly everyone’s mileage will vary. But, I would encourage any fountain pen aficionado and certainly any Pelikan collector to give the M1000 a go. It is an experience like none other; nothing like a Montblanc 149 - it really is its own beast. Again, all the bestand thanks for your time.
