Description: This lighter is in excellent condition, it has spark, multiple adjustments, both functions work, and is all there. I don't smoke or know how to adjust it so I haven't seen it light. To someone that collects these, I haven't been able to find another one. I was on a website blog that was all about collecting Penguin lighters and it said " if you have any questions please ask, if you are asking about an r model have it appraised" So that and what is in the photos is all of the info I could find. I did have a gentleman tell me he collects lighters and it's not worth that much. I looked in his store and it seems like he's alright. I finally remembered to cut the price in half, I'm going slow just in case.
